On Saturday, March 19, members of The Unlikely Strummers performed at the Richards Memorial Library as part of a fundraiser for Angelcat Haven and its work to help homeless and abandoned cats. All told, approximately $200 was raised, and will go entirely to Angelcat Haven.
Angelcat Haven is an all volunteer, foster-based, non-profit organization dedicated to rescuing homeless, stray, and abandoned cats in Plainville and surrounding towns. Cats in need of a haven are fostered by volunteers while they await adoption to loving new homes.
