CONSERVATION COMMISSION
PUBLIC MEETING
In accordance with Chapter 131, Section 40 of the Mass General Laws, a Public Meeting will be held by the North Attleboro Conservation Commission on TUESDAY, OCTOBER 6, 2026, at 6:30PM in the JoAnn Cathcart Conference Room, 43 S. Washington Street North Attleboro MA on the REQUEST FOR DETERMINATION OF APPLICABILITY filed by filed by TOWN OF NORTH ATTLEBORO, for property located at 451 ELM STREET, (ASSESSORS MAP 15/LOT 131). The proposal is to replace the existing walking bridge/stream crossing located within the 100 foot buffer zone to Bank and Bordering Vegetated Wetlands. No alterations to the wetlands or Bank are proposed. The application and plans for said activities will be posted on the Commission’s website at www.nattleboro.com/conservationagenda at least 48 hours in advance of the hearing.
