The Town of North Attleborough requests sealed bids for Well Rehabilitation and Pump Maintenance.
Specifications and Proposal Forms may be obtained at the Department of Public Works, 49 Whiting Street, North Attleborough, MA after 8:00 am on Thursday, July 16, 2026. Bid packages will also be available online at: https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/nattleboro.
Electronic bids will be received through the Town’s eProcurement Portal: until 11:00 am on Thursday, July 30, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened and read. All bids for this project are subject to applicable public bidding laws of Massachusetts, including, but not limited to G.L. c.30, §39M and Chapter 149. Minimum wage rates are required per MGL, Chapter 149, Section 26 through 27D inclusive.
The Town Manager reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to make an award deemed to be in the best interest of the Town.
