CONSERVATION COMMISSION
PUBLIC HEARING
In accordance with Chapter 131, Section 40 of the MA General Laws, a
Public Hearing will be held by the North Attleboro Conservation
Commission on TUESDAY, MARCH 17, 2026, at 6:30PM in the JoAnn
Cathcart Conference Room, 43 S. Washington Street North Attleboro MA
on the NOTICE OF INTENT filed by ROB KNAPIK, RTE 85
REALTY CORP, LLC for property located at 563 SOUTH
WASHINGTON STREET (ASSESSORS PLAT 22 LOT 417), NORTH
ATTLEBORO, MA. The proposal is for the redevelopment of an existing
gas station and convenience store to include demolition of existing
buildings and construction of a country store, a three-fuel pump gas
station, landscaping, and water quality improvements. The work area is
located within the 100-foot buffer zone of Bordering Vegetated Wetlands.
The application and plans for said activities will be posted on the
Commission’s website at www.nattleboro.com/conservationagenda at least
48 hours in advance of the hearing. You may also send inquiries or
