LEGAL NOTICE PUBLIC HEARING

Pursuant to the provisions of section 290-26 Site Plan Reviews in the Zoning By-Laws,
the Planning Board will hold a public hearing at 6:30 PM, on Thursday, March 19,
2026, at the JoAnn Cathcart Conference Room in Town Hall, 43 South Washington
Street, North Attleborough, MA 02760, pertaining to the following matter:

Application of Route 85 Realty Corporation for a Level 3 Major Site Plan Special
Permit Review application. The application is for a gas station with country store at 563
South Washington Street. The site plan shows three fuel pumps, nine parking spaces,
two access points from South Washington Street, and drainage to an above ground
infiltration basin and to the northerly wetlands. The parcel consists of 1.05 acres,
identified as Assessor’s Map 22, Lot 417, and is located within the C-30 (Commercial
30,000 s.f.) zoning district. Plan is titled Proposed Country Store & Fuel Station by
Bohler Engineering, 50 Washington Street, Suite 2000, Westborough, MA 01581 dated
February 11, 2026.
