To help reduce hunger among students in the communities it serves, Stop & Shop presented the Community Comets Food Pantry with $5,000 to purchase needed products. Located in the Community School, the pantry is run by volunteer Sarah Stone and provides for low-income families with meals, snacks and personal care items for the weekend and during long breaks.
