CONSERVATION COMMISSION
PUBLIC HEARING
In accordance with Chapter 131, Section 40 of the MA General Laws, a Public Hearing will be held by the North Attleboro Conservation Commission on TUESDAY, APRIL 14, 2026, at 6:30PM in the Department of Public Works Meeting Room, 49 Whiting Street North Attleboro MA on the NOTICE OF INTENT filed by MARK WHALEN for property located at 657 BROADWAY EXTENSION (ASSESSORS PLAT 7 LOT 85A), NORTH ATTLEBORO, MA. The proposed work includes demolition of the existing dwelling and construction of a new single family home, including associated site grading. The work area is located within the 100 foot buffer zone to the bank of Whiting’s Pond. The application and plans for said activities will be posted on the Commission’s website at www.nattleboro.com/conservationagenda at least 48 hours in advance of the hearing.
