CONSERVATION COMMISSION
PUBLIC MEETING
In accordance with Chapter 131, Section 40 of the Mass General Laws, a Public Meeting will be held by the North Attleboro Conservation Commission on TUESDAY, April 14, 2026, AT 6:30PM in the Department of Public Works Meeting Room, 49 Whiting Street North Attleboro MA on the North Attleboro MA on the REQUEST FOR DETERMINATION OF APPLICABILITY filed by ERIC SAULNIER for property located at 510 OAKRIDGE AVE (ASSESSORS MAP 38 PARCEL 178). The proposed project is for a 12 ft x 24 ft pool deck extension to be built within the 100 ft buffer zone Greenwood (Bungay) Lake. The application and related plans will be available on the Commission’s website at www.nattleboro.com/conservationagenda at least 48 hours prior to the meeting.
