LEGAL NOTICE PUBLIC HEARING

Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 40A, Section 9 of the Massachusetts General
Laws, and Planning Board Rules and Regulations Governing Subdivision of Land, the
Planning Board will hold a public hearing at at 6:30 PM, on Thursday, March 19, 2026
at the JoAnn Cathcart Conference Room in Town Hall, 43 South Washington Street,
North Attleborough, MA 02760, pertaining to the following matter:

Application of Imperial Subaru for a preliminary commercial subdivision plan at 551
South Washington Street and 20 Hoppin Hill Road consisting of four lots. Access is
from Hoppin Hill Avenue with lot sizes ranging from 1.27 acres to 2.81 acres. Drainage
is proposed toward an infiltration area at the south end of the parcel. Property is further
described as Assessors’ Plat 22, Lots 469 and 416, and is located within the C-30 zoning
district. Plan is drawn by Bohler Engineering, 50 Washington Street, Suite 2000,
Westborough, MA 01581 dated January 22, 2026.
