PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to Chapter 41 of the Massachusetts General Laws and the North
Attleborough Planning Board’s Rules and Regulations Governing Subdivision of
Land, the North Attleborough Planning Board will hold a public hearing at 6:30
p.m., on Thursday, February 5, 2025, at the JoAnn Cathcart Conference Room in
Town Hall, 43 South Washington Street, North Attleborough, MA 02760,
pertaining to the following matter:
Application of Arsen Hambardzumian & Hipolito Aguilerea, LP, 110
Cumberland Ave, North Attleborough, MA 02760, for a definitive subdivision
plan entitled Hillside Estates. Said plan consists of 7 buildable lots and two
infiltration basins on property located off of Cumberland Ave across from Ocean
State Job Lot. Property is further described as Assessors’ Plat 27, Lot 101, and is
located within the R-20 zoning district. Plan is by Nesra Engineering, 111
Washington St., Plainville, MA 02762. Plan and accompanying materials may be
viewed at the Planning Dept. in Town Hall or online on the agenda.
