LEASE OF SPACE AT 451 ELM STREET, NORTH ATTLEBOROUGH, MA
TO OPERATE A DAY CARE CENTER OR SIMILAR ACTIVITY
Proposal Deadline: FEBRUARY 6, 2026 at 11:00 A.M.
The Town of North Attleborough invites sealed bids for “Lease Space Located at 451 Elm St., North Attleborough, MA To Operate A Day Care Center or Similar Activity”, through the
Town’s eProcurement Portal located at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/nattleboro
until Friday, February 6, at 11:00 a.m. at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read.
Bid documents will be available starting Wednesday January 7, 2026 at 8:00 a.m., and may also
be obtained at the Town Manager’s Office Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; and
Friday, 8:00 a.m. to noon. The preferred method of sealed electronic bids will be received for RFP through the Town’s eProcurement Portal located at
https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/nattleboro
The Town reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to cancel this RFP if in its sole
discretion it is determined to be in the best interest of the Town.
