COMPLETE REAPPRAISAL AND REVALUATION
OF ALL PERSONAL PROPERTY
(TAXABLE AND EXEMPT)
Proposed Deadline: FEBRUARY 13, 2026 AT 11:00 A.M.
The Town of North Attleborough, acting through its’ Board of Assessors
invites sealed proposals from interested contractors for the provision of a
Complete Revaluation of All Personal Property in the Town of North
Attleborough for implementation in Fiscal year 2027 through the
Town’s eProcurement Portal located at
https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/nattleboro until Friday, February
13, at 11:00 a.m. at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read.
Bid documents will be available starting Thursday, January 8, 2026 at
8:00 a.m., and may also be obtained at the Assessor’s Office Monday
through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; and Friday, 8:00 a.m. to noon.
The preferred method of sealed electronic bids will be received for RFP
through the Town’s eProcurement Portal located at
https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/nattleboro
The Town reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to cancel this
RFP if in its sole discretion it is determined to be in the best interest of the Town.
