CONSERVATION COMMISSION
PUBLIC HEARING
In accordance with Chapter 131, Section 40 of the MA General Laws, a Public Hearing
will be held by the North Attleboro Conservation Commission on TUESDAY,
JANUARY 20, 2026, at 6:30PM in the JoAnn Cathcart Conference Room, 43 S.
Washington Street North Attleboro MA on the NOTICE OF INTENT filed by THE
TOWN OF NORTH ATTLEBOROUGH PUBLIC SCHOOLS for property located
at 1 WILSON WEST WITTY WAY, NORTH ATTLEBORO, MA (ASSESSORS
MAP/PARCEL AS FOLLOWS: 34/110, 33/129, 33/65, 34/111, 33/130). The project
proposes a new high school building within the existing rear grass fields, along with
associated site improvements. After completion, the current school will be demolished.
Work includes a new access driveway, replacement/installation of drainage
infrastructure, and limited regrading within the 100-ft wetland buffer of Bordering
Vegetated Wetlands. The application and plans for said activities will be posted on the
Commission’s website at www.nattleboro.com/conservationagenda at least 48 hours in
