CONSERVATION COMMISSION
PUBLIC HEARING
In accordance with Chapter 131, Section 40 of the MA General Laws, a Public Hearing
will be held by the North Attleboro Conservation Commission on TUESDAY,
JANUARY 20, 2026, at 6:30PM in the JoAnn Cathcart Conference Room, 43 S.
Washington Street North Attleboro MA on the NOTICE OF INTENT filed by
JAROD FORGET for property located at 74 MORAN STREET, NORTH
ATTLEBORO, MA (ASSESSORS MAP 7, PARCEL 50). The proposed project
consists of installing a private dock with ramp into Whiting’s Pond. The applicant has
also filed a local pond permit application in accordance with the Commission’s
Regulations Governing Structures on Falls and Whiting’s Ponds. Work will occur
within Land Under Waterbodies and may affect associated Buffer Zone. The application
and plans for said activities will be posted on the Commission’s website at
www.nattleboro.com/conservationagenda at least 48 hours in advance of the hearing.
