CONSERVATION COMMISSION
PUBLIC HEARING
In accordance with Chapter 131, Section 40 of the MA General Laws, a Public Hearing
will be held by the North Attleboro Conservation Commission on TUESDAY,
JANUARY 20, 2026, at 6:30PM in the JoAnn Cathcart Conference Room, 43 S.
Washington Street North Attleboro MA on the NOTICE OF INTENT filed by
NORTH ATTLEBOROUGH HOUSING AUTHORITY(NAHA) for property
located at 34 CIRCLE COURT, NORTH ATTLEBORO, MA (ASSESSORS MAP
19, PARCEL 220). The proposed work includes reclaiming and repaving the parking
lot and driveway, widening sidewalks to meet ADA/AAB standards, adding 10 parking
spaces, and completing related site and stormwater improvements. The work is located
within the 100-foot buffer zone of Bordering Vegetated Wetlands. The application and
plans for said activities will be posted on the Commission’s website at
www.nattleboro.com/conservationagenda at least 48 hours in advance of the hearing.
