Town of North Attleborough, Massachusetts
On Monday, January 22 at 6:30 PM, the North Attleboro Planning Board will hold a public
hearing on proposed zoning changes to prohibit in all residential and commercial zones
establishments selling motor vehicles and/or motor vehicle accessories and boats as well
as establishments selling used motor vehicles requiring a Class II License.
To see if the Town will vote to amend its Zoning Bylaws, Table of Use Regulations
Schedule B by prohibiting the following uses in all zoning districts: Retail and Service
number 5. Establishments selling motor vehicles and/or motor vehicle accessories and
boats and Retail and Service number 5b. Establishments selling used motor vehicles
requiring a Class II License. The full text of these proposed amendments can be viewed

Town’s calendar on January 22. It can also be viewed at the Planning Department in Town
Hall.
