PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 40A, Section 9 of the Massachusetts General Laws, and Section 290-26 Site Plan Review in the Zoning Bylaws, the North Attleborough Planning Board will hold a public hearing at 6:30 PM, on Thursday, January 22, 2025 at the JoAnn Cathcart Conference Room in Town Hall, 43 South Washington Street, North Attleborough, MA 02760, pertaining to the following matter:
Application of the Town of North Attleborough for approval of a Special Permit for Major Site Plan Review for the property known as North Attleborough High School. The application proposes to construct a new 226,740 s.f. high school with 53 more parking spaces to 697 parking spaces, relocation of athletic fields, grading, drainage and utilities on the property located at 1 Wilson West Whitty Way, as described in the application and shown on the submitted plans dated 19 December 2025, prepared by Dore and Whittier Architects, with offices located in Newburyport, MA. The property is further described as Parcel 34-110 (2493), Parcel 33-129 (852/221), Parcel 33-65 (1664/146), Parcel 34-111 (1664/147) and Parcel 33-130 (114/156 & 1044/258) and is located in R-15 Residential District and contains 3,153,580 Square feet (approximately 72.3 acres) of land.
