TOWN OF NORTH ATTLEBOROUGH
CONSERVATION COMMISSION
PUBLIC HEARING
In accordance with Chapter 131, Section 40 of the MA General Laws,
a Public Hearing will be held by the North Attleboro Conservation
Commission on TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 25, 2025, at 6:30PM in
the JoAnn Cathcart Conference Room, 43 S. Washington Street North
Attleboro MA on the NOTICE OF INTENT filed by STEPHEN R.
ALLARD for property located at 357 RESERVOIR STREET,
NORTH ATTLEBORO, MA (ASSESSORS MAP 42, PARCEL
124).
The proposed project involves work within the 100-foot buffer zone
to the Bank of Falls Pond, including the construction of an addition
and deck, associated grading, and restoration of the existing lawn
upon completion of construction. The application and plans for said
activities will be posted on the Commission’s website at
www.nattleboro.com/conservationagenda at least 48 hours in advance
