In accordance with Chapter 131, Section 40 of the Mass General
Laws, a Public Meeting will be held by the North Attleboro
Conservation Commission on TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 25,
2025, at 6:30PM in the Public Meeting Room at 49 Whiting
Street, North Attleboro, MA on the REQUEST FOR
DETERMINATION OF APPLICABILITY filed by MASS
DOT, HWY DIVISION – DISTRICT 5, for ROUTE 1-95
(Northbound and Southbound). The project involves tree
trimming and clearing as part of a road resurfacing and safety
maintenance project. Portions of the work are located within the
100-foot buffer zone of bordering vegetated wetlands. The
application and related plans will be available on the
Commission’s website at
www.nattleboro.com/conservationagenda at least 48 hours prior
to the meeting. Inquiries may also be directed to the
