Meet Libby, an estimated 2-year-old mixed breed that is up to date on shots and is scheduled to be spayed on Aug. 5. Libby was dumped on a main road in the area, and it took many people to safely catch her. She was very scared and confused when she was first brought to the shelter, but as time went by, this playful girl started to show her real personality.
It may take a few moments for Libby to warm up to you, but take her for a walk and you’ll be her best friend. She is a sweetie but can startle easily, so a home with kids 13 and older would be best.
