Health Department invites residents to join survey

Public Health Director Anne Marie Fleming invites residents to participate in the North Attleborough Health Department’s Community Health Needs Assessment Survey.

Residents can access the survey at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/nattleborohealth.

Please note that the survey is only open to North Attleborough residents ages 14 and older.

The Health Department is launching this survey to assess the health needs of the town’s residents. The department will use the data collected to shape its future goals, including how best to allocate funds and resources based on the community’s needs.

The survey includes 45 questions, most of which are multiple-choice, and should take 15-20 minutes to complete. All answers will remain anonymous, and residents may skip any questions they choose to throughout the survey.

“Our Community Health Needs Assessment is 100% optional; however, we encourage those who would like to assist us in shaping our department’s future goals to complete the survey,” Fleming said. “The data collected will help us better understand our community’s needs and allocate our resources accordingly. We greatly appreciate everyone’s participation and look forward to gaining further insights into our community.”

Those interested in participating in the survey but need assistance may contact the Health Department at 508-699-0100 ext. 2560. The department will also visit high-traffic areas throughout the town to assist residents with completing the survey.

Residents are asked to complete the survey before it closes on Friday, Aug. 2, at noon.

Anyone with questions is encouraged to contact the Health Department at 508-699-0100 ext. 2560 or email healthdept@nattleboro.com.
