The public is invited to attend a workshop on Aug. 29, 7 p.m., at the Bristol Lodge, 46 South Washington St. This is the second public meeting, and an engineering and design firm Stantec has made changes based on previous feedback. Stantec will present these features and concepts that make the downtown more attractive for businesses and pedestrians. At the same time, accessibility, parking, beautification, and comfort will be addressed. After a brief presentation, tabletop exercises will follow to collect comments and ideas. The public’s input will greatly contribute to the future designs and decisions.
