Cable TV survey available to North Attleborough residents

The cable TV license contract between the Town of North Attleborough and Verizon New England is up for renewal on May 6, 2024. The contract was originally signed in 2009.

As part of the renewal process, the Cable Advisory Committee (CAC) of North Attleborough is seeking feedback from the town’s departments and residents regarding the performance of Verizon’s Cable TV system. The Cable Advisory Committee (CAC) is comprised of two members—Chair Corey Anderson and Secretary Thomas Brennan. Assistant Town Manager Antonio Morabito is an ex officio member of the CAC.

The CAC has been holding monthly meetings (available on video replay on North TV’s Government site) since last September 2022 to prepare for the Verizon license renewal. Agendas and minutes of the monthly minutes are available on the town’s website. Town officials and residents are always welcome to participate in person at the CAC monthly meeting.

A survey is now available via a link on the Town of North Attleborough’s website and the Town of North Attleborough Facebook page for residents, respectively. All survey submissions are anonymous; the survey itself should take a few minutes and comments are encouraged. Completion of the survey submissions is requested by Tuesday, Aug. 15.
