LEGAL AD-Conservation Commission hearing

TOWN OF NORTH ATTLEBORO CONSERVATION COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING (VIRTUAL)
In accordance with Ch. 131, Section 40 of the MA General Laws, a virtual Public
Hearing will be held by the Conservation Commission on TUESDAY, JULY 21,
2020 at 6:30PM on the NOTICE OF INTENT filed by DEREK FOLAN for property located at 404 MT. HOPE STREET (ASSESSORS PLAT 14 LOT 96). The
proposal is to install a permanent aluminum dock with plated supports measuring
32’ in length with an 8’ x 8’ side portion making an “L”. Work will result in minor
alterations to Land Under Waterbodies. Pursuant to Governor Baker’s March 12,
2020 Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law (M.G.L.
Ch. 30A, §18) and the Governor’s March 15, 2020 Order, this meeting will be
conducted via remote participation and public participation will be via virtual
means only. A complete description of the proposed work and instructions on
how to participate remotely in this meeting will be posted on the Commission’s
website at least 48 hours in advance of the virtual meeting at www.nattleboro.
