CONSERVATION COMMISSION
PUBLIC HEARING
In accordance with Chapter 131, Section 40 of the Massachusetts
General Laws, a Public Hearing will be held by the North
Attleborough Conservation Commission on TUESDAY, JANUARY
21, 2020, at 6:30PM in the Meeting Room in the Town Hall at 43 South
Washington Street, North Attleborough, MA on the NOTICE OF
INTENT filed by JAMES BALISE, for property located at 849, 855 &
865 (ASSESSORS PLAT 26 LOTS 46-51, 72-83, 85-110, 317). The
project proposes redevelopment of a pre-existing new and used car
sales/service facility with associated buildings, parking lots, loading
area, stormwater improvements, utility construction and landscaping.
All work is within the 100 foot buffer zone to Bordering Vegetated
Wetlands. Plans and/or proposals for said work are on file with the
Conservation Commission in the Town Hall.
