Meet Zola, an estimated 6 ½-year-old German Shepard who is spayed, up to date on shots and microchipped. Zola is a sweet girl with a few quirks. She loves going for walks, and along the way will pick up every stick that she can find and to bring home as a souvenir. She sometimes will even gnaw on a rock. We think this is because she is very anxious as the shelter life is just not for her.
Zola would do best in a home where she is the only dog in a quiet, adult-only household, preferably with German Shepard experience. If you come to see Zola, she will come off as very intimidating when in her kennel, but once you have some one-on-one time with her, you will see how loving she can be. If interested in Zola, come stop by the shelter for a meet and greet We have adoption applications on site and online at www.nattleboro.com.
