Sen. Rausch announces new format for office hours

Sen. Rausch (D-Needham) announced a new format for her office hours in response to overwhelming interest by constituents in attending “Fourth Fridays.” These will now run for two hours, with the first hour reserved for 15-minute appointments; constituents may reserve a slot in advance at beccarauschma.com/office-hours. Constituents without a reserved slot are encouraged to attend the second hour, reserved for shorter walk-in meetings, held on a first-come, first-served basis. Sen. Rausch will continue to host monthly Fourth Fridays office hours, rotating through the three regions of the district.

Residents of any part of the district are welcome to attend the Fourth Fridays. Sen. Rausch also encourages residents to contact her office at 617-722-1555 to arrange a meeting with her or a staff member. Residents can follow the senator’s activities via Twitter (@BeccaRauschMA) and Facebook (@BeccaRauschMA).

Additional Fourth Fridays in-district office hours are as follows:

  • Natick, Oct. 25 (Northern Region)
  • Wrentham, Nov. 22 (Southern Region)
  • Norfolk, Dec. 20 (Central Region)
  • Needham, Jan. 2020 (Northern Region)

Sen. Rausch held Fourth Fridays office hours earlier this year in Attleboro, Plainville, Millis, Sherborn, Wellesley, and Wayland.

Sen. Becca Rausch represents the Norfolk, Bristol and Middlesex District, comprised of Attleboro, Franklin, Millis, Natick, Needham, Norfolk, North Attleborough, Plainville, Sherborn, Wayland, Wellesley, and Wrentham. Currently in her first term, Sen. Rausch serves as the Senate Chair of the Joint Committee on Municipalities and Regional Government and the Senate Vice Chair of the Joint Committee on Elder Affairs.
