A vehicle crash which claimed the lives of a North Attleborough couple is under investigation by local authorities and the Norfolk District Attorney’s Office.
Joseph Borrelli, 85, and his wife Carol Borrelli, 81, lost their lives in a collision reported Friday evening in Foxboro, according to information released by the district attotney’s office. The incident occurred around 4:40 p.m. at the intersection of South and Cedar streets.
The couple, traveling in a Honda Accord, were rushed to area hospitals but died from injuries sustained on impact. The driver of the second vehicle involved remained at the scene and is cooperating with authorities.
