North Attleborough High School Principal Peter Haviland has announced the Valedictorian for the NAHS Class of 2023, Aanvi Agrawal, and the Salutatorian Clara Giuliano.
Agrawal is the daughter of Mrs. Rachana Agarwal and Mr. Manoj Agrawal. After four years of extraordinary academic achievement, Agrawal will graduate from North Attleborough High with a GPA of 98.00. Throughout her time at North, she excelled in her classes, many of which were high-level honors and AP courses. In addition to high levels of success within her courses, Agrawal fully engaged in significant extracurricular activities, including various academic clubs and extensive volunteering.
Agrawal was president of the math team and science club, treasurer of the Active Minds Chapter and an athlete for the swimming team. Along with that, Agrawal found the time to serve the community by volunteering for various organizations such as Sturdy Memorial Hospital. After graduation from North, she plans to attend the University of Connecticut, where she was accepted into the Honors College and will major in Molecular and Cellular Biology.
Clara Giuliano is the daughter of proud parents, Mr. and Mrs. Christopher and Kristina Giuliano. After four years of extraordinary academic achievement, Giuliano will graduate from North Attleborough High with a GPA of 97.62. Throughout her time at North, Giuliano balanced her time between rigorous honors and AP academic classwork, participation in athletic teams and the performing arts, and membership in school clubs and activities.
Despite a heavy courseload and after-school activity, she was still able to sustain consistent membership and contribution via her work as Class Treasurer and with the NAHS Active Minds Club while also serving our community in support of the Special Olympic Games, the local food pantry, and the North Soccer Club youth soccer program. After graduation from North, she plans to attend the University of Virginia, where she will major in Astronomy on a pre-medicine track.
